By using Hevo or our dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Hevo to your Discord server or using our dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, server administrators, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Hevo is a multipurpose Discord bot offering features including but not limited to: moderation tools, leveling system, economy, giveaways, logging, and a web dashboard. Some features are available exclusively to Premium subscribers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Hevo to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Distribute illegal content, spam, or malware
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the Bot or dashboard
• Automate interactions with the Service without our permission
• Use the Service for illegal activities under applicable law

Violations may result in immediate and permanent blacklisting from the Service without refund.

4. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium is available at €4.99/month, billed per server.
• Payments are processed exclusively through Patreon and are subject to Patreon's terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled on Patreon before the renewal date.
• Refund policy: Refunds are handled through Patreon. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the Premium features were not used. Contact us on our support server to request a refund.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
• Premium features are subject to change. We will not remove core Premium features without notice.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Premium subscribers will not be charged for extended outages (>24 hours) caused by us.

6. Intellectual Property

Hevo, its name, logo, and all related content are the property of the Hevo team. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Hevo team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by removing the Bot from your server and cancelling any active subscriptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via our support server. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
